C’est une vision zoo-poétique, un univers où les hommes et les animaux partagent une nature luxuriante, intemporelle. C’est l’âge d’or, ici règnent calme et harmonie entre bêtes et hommes. Les corps, les langages propres à chacun trouvent naturellement leur place.
Dans le Lot, les néo-ruraux réinventent les liens avec les paysages. Ici, l’autonomie énergétique côtoie l’élevage extensif. Les vaches, chèvres, brebis, cochons, oies, chevaux, canards, chats, poules, ânes et pigeons peuplent ce territoire magnifique. C’est aussi un monde paysan traditionnel et un univers en mutation.
Les couleurs sourdes dominent, bruns de terre, gris des rochers et des dolmens millénaires, verts profonds des feuillages des chênes pubescents. Cornes de béliers et murs de pierres sèches.
Dans cette pastorale, l’homme n’est jamais seul. Il dialogue silencieusement avec les animaux, échange de sensations, de regards. Une immersion dans un monde en devenir, à la fois archaïque et tourné vers l’avenir.

In the Lot region, in France, neo-rural dwellers are reinventing their connection with the landscape. Here, energy self-sufficiency goes hand in hand with extensive farming. Cows, goats, sheep, pigs, geese, horses, ducks, cats, chickens, donkeys and pigeons populate this magnificent territory. It is also a traditional farming world and a changing universe.
Muted colours dominate : earthy browns, the grey of rocks and ancient dolmens, and the deep green of downy oak foliage. Ram's horns and dry stone walls.
In this pastoral setting, man is never alone. He communicates silently with the animals, exchanging sensations and glances. An immersion in a world in the making, both archaic and forward-looking.
